Her strength is already shining through. She is healing remarkably well, so well that she has **already been moved from the ICU to a regular hospital ward**. This is fantastic progress!

The doctors expect her to need care in the ward for at least a week, but if she continues on this positive trajectory, she could be discharged sooner. Every day is a step closer to bringing her home.

While we celebrate this wonderful news, the financial reality remains a significant challenge. The cost of the surgery and ICU alone is approximately **$18,000**.
