In our home state of Texas, the heartbreaking reality is that we have more missing children and young adults than almost any other state. Our journey of over three years has uncovered the tricks and tactics used to separate children from their families, often by those they know and trust.

What Makes Us Different Is That We're Turning the Tables.

We're using the same technology predators employ, but to help victims and parents!

The Networking for Life child safety app captures data from mobile devices and computers to help find missing people. We've already made leaps and bounds in identifying and pursuing those behind these troubling activities. They include three small teams: (1) the Texas Trooper & Chief of Police team, (2) the Director of Services and a manager of a Medical Equipment Services team, and (3) the husband & wife team from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

On 6-9-2020, my daughter was taken by Richard Julian Juarbe and his wife, Megan Elizabeth Hogan, both from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Because of my daughter's age, all police departments state that this is not a police matter. In my family, this is a family matter and this husband and wife team will be tracked down and held accountable.
