On December 21, 2022 god answered Dalia and her husbands prayers and they welcomed their baby girl Dalia into this world. She was born 11 weeks early and she weighed only 14 oz when she was born. She has remained in the NICU in Phoenix and they have not been able to bring her home. After 123 days in the NICU, tomorrow she will have a tracheostomy put in. She is still unable to breath on her own due to her lungs not being fully developed. They take turns driving to Phoenix twice a week to visit her. They are only able to close their restaurant Sombreritos two days a week. They will have to close temporarily due to her having a tracheotomy and this means no income will be coming in. They also have a little boy at home to take care of. This has been so difficult on them emotionally and financially having to travel back and forth. They are the sweetest people ever and have the biggest hearts. If you can donate or share it is very much appreciated ❤️

Dalia sent this to me “She’s has the attitude of a warrior. From going to work, taking brother to school and coming to Phoenix to see her life has gotten a little hectic. After 123 days in the NICU, she will finally get a tracheostomy on April 24,2023 (We didn’t know this until today). We know god is doing his part to bring her home safe.”
