Hello, my name is Holly and this summer I will be travelling to Fiji to support those suffering with mental health but struggling to talk about it. 42% of Fijians feel embarrassed to talk about mental health and with only one doctor trained in mental health in the whole of the island, my role will be to help equip villages with knowledge to last a lifetime with ways to promote positive wellbeing.
