Hi, my name is SJ! I’m a 25 year old trans man in need of gender-affirming care, specifically top surgery. After waiting several years to start, I have finally been on testosterone for a couple months now and am getting ready to take the next step in my transition.

I will be having top surgery September 23rd of this year! While this is incredibly exciting, gender-affirming care can be notoriously expensive, this being a prime example. The cost of top surgery is overwhelming and while I have been making many efforts to fund the costs of my transition on my own, I simply can’t do it alone.

Every dollar received will go toward the cost of top surgery, follow up appointments/related medical costs, and items necessary for recovery.
