<div>Hi, my name is SJ! I’m a 25 year old trans man in need of gender-affirming care, specifically top surgery. After waiting several years to start, I have finally been on testosterone for a couple months now and am getting ready to take the next step in my transition.

<div>I will be having top surgery September 23rd of this year! While this is incredibly exciting, gender-affirming care can be notoriously expensive, this being a prime example. The cost of top surgery is overwhelming and while I have been making many efforts to fund the costs of my transition on my own, I simply can’t do it alone.

<div>Every dollar received will go toward the cost of top surgery, follow up appointments/related medical costs, and items necessary for recovery.

<div>If you are willing and able to donate, thank you so so much, you have no idea how much it means to me. If you are able to just share or support in any other way, that would be a huge help and greatly appreciated. I am so incredibly grateful to all of you that have given me the courage to believe that this kind of love and support is even possible. Thank you for helping me along this journey and for seeing me the way I see me.

<div>Love yall,
