Six months no alcohol

two of our closest friends are at the beginning of a life changing challenge with huntingtons disease.

I would like to test myself, raise awareness and support them. There is currently no cure and no support available apart from HDA which is a lifeline for people like Dan and his family.

What is Huntington’s? I urge you to look it up and see how serious it is.
