Hello friends,

My name is Georgia Patrick.

I’m a Trauma-informed Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Retreat facilitator based in Farmingdale, NY - born and raised on the Island of Jamaica.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of leading women’s retreats that bring women together to heal.

We are women who have laughed, cried, prayed, and grown together. Over time, we became more than friends…we became sisters.

Through our journeys of healing, we’ve learned that real strength is found in community - in showing up for one another, especially when life brings storms.

Now, as Hurricane Melissa has left devastation in both Jamaica and Haiti, that lesson has never felt more real.

My family and many of our sister’s families, and the communities we love have been hit hard. Many homes damaged, power lost, neighborhoods flooded, and daily life turned upside down. From afar, we’ve heard the stories, seen the pictures, and felt the pain of those we love. It’s heartbreaking to watch and at times leaves us feeling helpless, but our Sisterhood was built for moments like this.

Barbara Thomas - Family impacted - needs supplies in Haiti

Rosa Wilson - Family home flooded in Montego Bay

We’re raising funds to support our families and their communities as they begin to rebuild.

We have a long road ahead to get our families and surrounding communities back on their feet.

Here's how:

1. We are collection donations in the form of goods and packing in containers to ship to our families. The goal is to ship the first 4-5 barrel containers by November 18th. Additionally 2 other shipment by beginning December then another beginning January 2026.

2. Every dollar we collect will go directly to custom fees and delivery of goods.

No act of love is too small. Whether you can give $5 or $500, your generosity will bring comfort, safety, and hope where it’s needed most.

Our Sisterhood has always believed that healing happens together and this is our chance to extend that healing far beyond ourselves.
