We are raising funds for my sister Amanda, who is facing end-of-life care after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Amanda is not only an incredible sister, she is a devoted and loving mum to her beautiful 3-year-old son, Alex. He is her whole world. In the face of everything she is going through, her greatest wish is simple but heartbreaking — to spend as much precious time with Alex as she can and create special memories he will carry with him forever.

One of the things Amanda dreams of most is being able to take Alex on a holiday. A chance for them to laugh, explore, and just be mum and son together, away from hospitals and worry, even if just for a little while.

As her illness progresses, the financial strain is becoming overwhelming. The money raised will go towards her care, easing daily burdens, and helping make these meaningful moments possible — including that special holiday with Alex.
