Dad and Son need your Help

Hi, my name is Ted Williamson. I am a retired Navy veteran and a single Dad of a 5 year old son. His name is Charlie. 
We are in financial  trouble and need your help. I had to go to court for over a year to establish my parental rights for my son. I still owe the law firm $4700 which they are demanding to be paid in full. If I don't pay them soon, they have threatened to sue me and also charge me their expenses. Starting in March, the mortgage is going to increase $400 dollars a month because of increases in taxes and insurance. I'm behind $2900 on my mortgage trying to make payments to my lawyer. I have been struggling just to keep up with our bills and we have been living off credit cards that are almost maxed out to pay for food and gas. My son and I can no longer afford to live in this fixer upper home and your help will keep the lawyers at bay, allow us to catch up with the mortgage payments which will buy us the time to find an affordable place to live.
