Hi, my name is Yasmin, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help on behalf of a dear friend I’ve known for over 15 years. She is a strong and courageous single mother of four beautiful children who recently escaped a long-term domestic violence situation.

Leaving was an act of immense bravery. She left everything behind to protect herself and her children, and has been trying to rebuild her life from scratch. Despite the emotional and financial toll, she remains determined to create a safe and stable future for her family.

Just as things were starting to look up, she was hit with another devastating blow — her only car was stolen. That car was her lifeline: school runs, appointments, groceries — all of it now feels out of reach without reliable transport.

I’m creating this GoFundMe to help her purchase a second-hand vehicle and ease some of the financial pressure. Your donation will go directly towards:

Helping her move forward with dignity and independence
