Hello Friends, Family and Neighbors,
As many of you know over the years I have handpicked families in need during the holidays whether it be for Thanksgiving or Christmas to help with gifts or even a holiday dinner. Sometimes it was also a random stranger I happened to meet where I knew in my heart I needed to give them a nice holiday.
This year I am selecting a single mom Nanette D’Agostino with two kids (John Paul and Gianna) who are really struggling to get by including paying bills and is in dire need since she is unable to work and trying to get assistance but doors keep closing on her everywhere she has turned.
I have known Nanny for over 40 years and is like a sister to me and I have always had the upmost respect for her. Her mom was like a second mother to me while growing up and unfortunately Nanny has lost her mom and dad Richard over the years so she is on her own. Anyone that knows Nanny from over the years in Rochester, New York knows the kind hearted person she is and how her kids mean everything to her. This is not an easy thing for her to be going through and really needs a true blessing from friends, family and anyone else willing to help.
I myself see many Go Fund Me pages out on Facebook and wish I can help everyone but just like most of us we are just getting by ourselves especially this time of year. That’s why any donation for Nanny and her two beautiful children would be greatly appreciated and I will be the first to donate to help her out.
