My name is Joseph Miller and I am hosting this virtual act of charity to try and help a family in need. I've never been on GoFundMe before or any other site like this. But I was not quite sure of what else to do.

There is a single mom with two younger kids that attend our church, and are also involved in the "Day of Hope Program.” Recently they have been displaced from their home so our family has been trying to help them the best way we can. For the past 2 years the mom has worked 2 jobs around the clock just to help her family. But as we all know both the rental prices and home prices have dramatically increased in the past year making it even more challenging for them to get by. Their mother is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, but even with two jobs, by the time she pays rent, utilities, gas, and food there is just not enough left. But, even though this family seems like they are struggling you can tell they are rich in faith. What I admire is that no matter how many hours their mom works, she always spends special time with her kids even though I can tell she is exhausted.

That is why I am reaching out and making this post. We are trying to raise $3,500 to help this family find a new place to rent. The donations will cover two months of her rent and truly help her family out.

Anything you could contribute is greatly appreciate. A itemized report will be sent to all donors to show how the donation was allocated.
