Hi, my name is Amanda and i am trying to raise funds for my sister. (Sister in law technically) Sherrie Perez

She is a licensed contractor who up until last Saturday spent her week building/repairing homes. She hadn't been feeling good so I brought her to Backus walkin last Saturday, where a ctscan revealed several tumors in her brain. She was sent to Hartford and had brain surgery to drain the fluid and with any hope help restore her vision and other symptoms. It was only successful in draining the fluid unfortunately all other symptoms have since worsened. They have discovered that she has stage 4 lung cancer and that the cancer has metastasized to her brain.

As i said, 2 weeks ago she was working and now needs assistance just to walk. She is a single mother of twins.

She is starting chemo next wk and hopefully things will improve. Like all adults, she has bills and a household to support, It will take time for her to receive any benefits, so her time is now spent stressing about how to take care of everything instead of being able to concentrate on her health. So i am making this in hopes of some help for her and her kids and all the prayers and good vibes y'all can send.
