Single mom Priscilla got rental home scammed

Christine here asking for support for my sister Priscilla. She’s a super cute single momma of 2 young gents who just got caught up in a rental scam. She moved with her boys into a rental house property on Fathers Day just to discover within hours that she was essentially squatting and had to move yet again even though she sent “the landlord” money to cover utilities and prorated rent. Within hours she had to arrange for another truck and figure out where to put their things and themselves in the Az thick of summer. Everyone in Az is aware of this current crazy housing market and the difficulty of finding something affordable and available. Any help is appreciated for this family devastated by fraud.
