Mom and three kids will be displaced from eviction

My name is Ali. I am a single mother to three kids.

In May 2021 I moved three hours away for a job. I poured myself into the role and was extremely successful in bettering the department I ran. I was unexpectedly let go last month for taking a leadership call from home and neglecting to report the time.

Now tomorrow I am going to file an answer to the eviction papers I was issued last week.

My car is in danger of being repossessed.

My unemployment is still pending, as is my food stamps.

I have applied for dozens of jobs and gone to several interviews but haven't been offered anything yet.

If I lose my car I won't be able to go to any more interviews and it will cripple my attempts to obtain a new job.

If I lose my car we won't have anywhere to go if I lose our house.

My dad died last week after a long battle with multiple myeloma and was the last of any possible support system I might have.

I can barely keep food on the table, much less provide Christmas for my three children.

I desperately need help. Please.
