Hospital bills for their twins born at 22 weeks

My amazing sister and brother in-law will be in need of financial help with their medical bills. These are bills not only for Megan while giving birth but their babies extended NICU stay.
Here is a little back story for you:
Brandon Simpson has been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years with Liberty Township while working a full time job. Megan Simpson/Rafferty has so far dedicated 12 years of her life to helping animals.
Megan and Brandon got Married in October of 2020. Their original wedding date was April 19th, 2020. As we all know last year did not let that happen easily. That being said their wedding date was moved several times.
At Christmas everyone was so excited to find out their family would be growing so soon! About 2 weeks after telling us we then found out Megan would be having twins! We all couldn't be any happier for them. On March 28th we had an adorable gender reveal. To everyone's surprise we found out they were having twin girls! By April 20th Megan was in the hospital while doctors were trying to stop the babies from coming. The girls had a plan of their own, they each arrived on April 22nd 2021. Riley Marie Simpson was born at 10:45 am and was 1 lb 5 Oz. Shortly after at 11:20 am Hailey Rose Simpson was born weighing 1 lb 0.9 oz.
Megan and Brandon were not given much hope after their birth, only a 15% survival rate. The girls were born at only 22 weeks old, but these two amazing little angel warriors are thriving and doing well!
We want to keep their momentum going. We want Megan and Brandon to focus on their family right now.
