Hi my name is Andy. , I’m trying to fund raise for my mate Simon Sam large and his loving family , Sam had a knee operation 3 years ago which failed and he struggled for 3 years until a fortnight a go he had it replaced again all was going well and he was released home once they sorted pain killer medication out , unfortunately on Sunday the 7th he started to become delerious and was blue lighted to hospital and discovered he had double pneumonia and had to be put into a induced coma and put on a ventilator in intensive care , I’m trying to help the family as Catherine (Faff) his wife can’t work as she is at the hospital , anyone who knows Sam know he is a lovable funny and full of the joys of spring , please please please if you can spare something to help the family through this difficult time it I know would be much appreciated to remove some of the financial stress , love to you all x
