OnJanuary 8 2026, Silk Radio UK will host a special "RadioThon" to raise urgent funds for communities in Jamaica devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Your donation will provide immediate relief—food, clean water, shelter, medical supplies—and support local recovery efforts as families rebuild homes, schools, and livelihoods.

The Silk Radio UK family feels compelled to assist as we are all Jamaicans, of Jamaican heritage or just lovers of the Jamaican culture and its people . The funds donated will be used to help people in Jamaica who are still without homes or even the bare necessity. Those who need it most.
