</div>
<div>OnJanuary 8 2026, Silk Radio UK will host a special "RadioThon" to raise urgent funds for communities in Jamaica devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Your donation will provide immediate relief—food, clean water, shelter, medical supplies—and support local recovery efforts as families rebuild homes, schools, and livelihoods.
</div>
<div>The Silk Radio UK family feels compelled to assist as we are all Jamaicans, of Jamaican heritage or just lovers of the Jamaican culture and its people . The funds donated will be used to help people in Jamaica who are still without homes or even the bare necessity. Those who need it most. We will be broadcasting simultaneously across several other platforms via streamng partners.
</div>
<div>Please give what you can and share this campaign with friends and family. Even small gifts add up to make a real difference: your pledge will help restore safety, dignity, and hope to communities still recovering from the storm. Thank you for standing with us. If you love even one thing about Jamaica and the Jamaican people, please extend your hearts and wallets. Let’s all be a part of something bigger than us. Thanks in advance for your generosity to the Jamaican people. One Love. one
