Signage for Fox Wars Memorial Site

Hello, my name is Lucas Troschinetz and I am fundraising for my Eagle Project.

In the median of Windmill Pointe Drive in Grosse Pointe Park, there is a state historical marker that tells the story of the Fox Indian Massacre. Initially, this area was overgrown, rendering the sign unseeable. Recently, there has been a complete re-landscape of the site, which created a perfect space for acknowledgment and reverence.

My project will be to add additional signage to the site, which will thoroughly explain the significance of the Fox Wars and will create a memorial for all lives lost during the wars. More specifically, I will install a plaque onto a boulder that will be placed on the site.
