Sigma Nu – Beta Tau Chapter at NC State is raising funds to support communities impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

All donations will go directly to Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), a trusted nonprofit first responder currently on the ground across the Caribbean, including Jamaica, providing emergency aid to families affected by the storm. GEM’s work extends beyond immediate relief — they stay to help communities rebuild sustainably and prepare for future challenges.

Your support will help provide:

• Essential supplies such as food, water, and shelter

• Rebuilding materials for homes, schools, and infrastructure

• Long-term recovery programs that strengthen local resilience
