5K for Sophie for Sick Kids children’s hospital

On Jan 18th 2025, Sophie would have been turning 5 years old. Sophie passed away on Sept 25th, 2021. Spent 10 days in the ICU at Sick Kids, the staff did everything they could for Sophie, and since her passing, we have decided to do everything we can to try and support this great Children's Hospital.

One of our favorite things to do, and easiest ways to get Sophie to nap was a walk around the neighborhood. We would go on countless walks, sometimes multiple times a day just to get Sophie to nap. Rain or Shine, we loved our walks.

In honor of Sophie’s 5th Bday I’ve decided to go for a walk, like the ones we used to do with Sophie.

I will be walking 5KM around the neighbourhood on Jan 18th and an extra KM for every $500 raised.

All proceeds will be going to Sick Kids Children's hospital in Toronto.
