Sibson MHFA Course Fundraiser

Mental health matters — and knowing how to support someone in crisis can make all the difference.

We're raising funds to send one, possibly two individuals on a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course. These courses equip people with the knowledge and confidence to recognize the signs of mental health issues, offer initial support, and guide someone toward appropriate help.

By funding this training, you’ll be helping build a safer, more supportive community — where mental health is treated with the same urgency and care as physical health.

The cost per person is around £195 - £400 depending on where we can obtain the training, and every donation — big or small — gets us closer to that goal.
