Shuswap Community Foundation

Hello everyone!!

I have been training all summer and this weekend I am going to swim across the Shuswap Lake. It has always been my dream to swim across the lake, and I have decided to do it for a cause. I am so lucky to be able to spend my weekends in the summer visiting my cousin at the lake, and I feel there isn’t a community who is more deserving of a helping hand. With the fires this summer many families have lost their homes and cabins, so I am raising money for the Shuswap Community Foundation to help the communities affected recover and rebuild.
