Shrey's Gratitude & Giving Birthday Celebration!!
This superhero loving 7 year old's birthday party plans in late March now stand cancelled. He understands we are all at home right now "so we can stay safe from the virus". But he misses his friends. So we are hosting a virtual birthday party! :)
When our conversation turned to "birthday presents", we used this opportunity to talk about gratitude for all that we have and to consider giving to those who might need help at this difficult time.
So now he wants to "help people get food".
We are setting up a Gratitude & Giving Birthday Fund for his 7th and he is starting out with $12.00 from his charity money jar.
No amount is too small. We thank you for your donations and for helping us show him that he can make an impact!
