Hello! I am Shreshta Vemula, and I am working on my Eagle Scout Project with Troop 4038. I will be creating a 10-box barefoot sensory path for the EC (Exceptional Children) program at Carolina International School for my project. This sensory path will offer a secure and enjoyable method for EC students to activate their senses, enhance balance and coordination, and partake in outdoor learning activities. The route will feature different textures like sand, river stones, rubber mulch, pine needles, wooden discs, and more — all aimed at providing a significant and engaging experience for the students. I’m collecting money to pay for materials like wood, hardware, ground fabric, and sensory fillers.
