The Teutopolis Class of '94 is coming together to support our dear classmate and friend, Darlene Coffin, and her amazing family, the self-proclaimed Crazy Coffin Crew.

On June 25, Darlene’s beloved husband, Jim, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. His passing followed a long and difficult health journey, one that Darlene and her family faced with incredible strength, faith, and love.

If you know Darlene, you know she is the kind of person who gives her whole heart. She’s a devoted wife, a loving mom, a passionate teacher, and someone who lifts up every person around her. Whether in her classroom, her home, or her community, Darlene shows up every single day with kindness, humor, and grace.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

We’re raising funds to help Darlene and her children as they navigate this next chapter. These donations will help cover funeral costs, day-to-day expenses and provide a cushion of support as they take time to heal and regroup as a family.

Darlene has always found the good, even in the hardest moments. Let’s honor that spirit by surrounding her with the love, comfort, and community she has so freely given to others.
