If Uptown has ever meant something to you, whether you live here, work here, or just have memories tied to this neighborhood, this one’s for you.

Uptown United started as a small group of neighbors who wanted to do something simple: show up. We’ve been organizing community walks, supporting local businesses, and creating a visible, positive presence in the neighborhood. Even in the cold, dozens of people have come out. That kind of turnout doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people care deeply about this place and want to be part of its future.

That’s what the Show Uptown campaign is about. Show up for Uptown and help show a new narrative that reflects the people, energy, and momentum that are still very much here.

Here’s what your support helps make possible:

• Lawn signs and posters across the neighborhood, signaling that people are invested and paying attention

• Signs available locally for neighbors who want one. We've already had people ask, and as we produce the first round we plan to make them available so more of Uptown can take part

• Ambassador t-shirts that make our community walks more recognizable and welcoming

• A community rally this summer to bring residents, local businesses, and supporters together to celebrate Uptown

This is a grassroots, community-led effort with no staff or overhead. Just neighbors coming together to invest in the place we live.
