Show some love for the Outer Heaven staff family

My name is Sean and I built the bar Outer Heaven Disco Club. In the 5 years ive been doing this, I've learned a lot of things about running a business but foremost is that the most important thing, is how you treat your employees. I have been blessed with an increadible loyal and dedicated staff and I take immense pride in having what most certainly is the lowest turnover rate of any bar in austin (or maybe even any business in austin). This has only been possible by treating everyone with the respect and autonomy they deserve and is something severely lacking in the service industry. That being said we are being forced to close at the end of april and even though I absolutely hate the idea of posting a gofundme, I think its an important gesture that if you have been here and had a postive experience, and can spare any extra cash, if you could donate some to my family that has been so loyal and stayed on, even though we are closing. Literally anything you can spare would be amazing (even a couple bucks) cause I would like to give them a bit of runway as they transition to new jobs. 100% of this goes directly to them (not me) and I will love you forever if you can contribute.
