Jacobs dad has passed unexpectedly and I’m gathering money for him for food, travel, and all other necessities while he is here in Atlanta.

We all know how amazing Jacob is and the light and smiles he brings into our lives. Let’s gather together and support and show love to him while he’s going through this tough time.
