Please help local parents support a Medford institution! During a time when small businesses are hurting, we’d like to come together and show support for *our* favorite small business - Kelly’s Unique Kids.
For almost a decade, Kelly Kacinski has loved, educated, embraced, and personally devoted her time and her attention to Medford’s kids. Her establishment is what parents search long and hard for - the type of loving environment a child thrives in.
Since the onset of COVID-19, Kelly has remained an invaluable, positive resource for parents who are desperately trying to provide their children with stability in an unprecedented time. As we struggle daily with the anxieties of online learning, parents working from home, furloughs, layoffs, potential shutdowns - it's clear families are hurting. Our kids are hurting.
Children crave consistency, socialization, stimuli, and personalized care; all of which has intermittently been at stake nationwide since March.
Unbeknownst to us until recently, Kelly has made enormous professional and personal sacrifices to ensure our children continue to have a premium level of care. We're indebted to her not only for her generosity during a global pandemic, but for the years of service she has provided to this community in creating such a special school for our kids, past and present.
COVID-19 continues to strain us all; enrollment everywhere is suffering, money is tight, and teachers fear for their jobs. But instead of being bystanders, we'd like to flip the script. We want to help our favorite, most cherished small business survive COVID not only for our children, but for all children - past, present, and future.
