I am Judi‘s cousin Katherine. I have set up this go fund me to HELP Judi who is in a housing emergency.

She has to leave her cute little home and has had no luck finding another rental in San Luis Obispo. The thought of leaving her garden that she has lovingly attended for the last 13 years is breaking her heart, but she has no choice.

Judi doesn’t know about this go fund me plea. If you are getting this, you must know her pretty well. You know how hard she has worked over the last many years, completing her education with a masters degree, and devoting her career to the field of sustainability. Judi is trying to slow the progress and effects of climate change for future generations, even without having children of her own. Starting over in a new field has meant starting over with pay scale as well, but Judi is determined to have a positive impact on our world, and until now, has weathered the lower pay with her usual sunny disposition, and determination. She is in a job now that she loves where she is having real impact and her income is bound to grow. This is just really lousy timing

She is trying to buy an even smaller, more modest house in Paso Robles - basically the cheapest on the market, but is being outbid. She is short about $10,000-$20,000 plus closing costs and moving expenses. It’s really a horrible time to move with interest rates what they are and really low inventory. Please believe me, she is not being picky. She is also selling everything that isn’t nailed down! But she is running out of time.

She MUST submit a COUNTEROFFER TODAY.

She would never ask you herself, but I am asking if you can spare any donation to help Judi land in her own home. I know that she will throw the most amazing party for all of her donors, from five dollars to 5000. It doesn’t matter how much, what matters is that you were there for her in her time of need, probably like she has been there for you over the years. If you can’t spare any money, I totally understand. I can barely pitch in myself. But maybe you can help her move or paint or get unpacked?
