This Holiday Season, the 1000 W. Adams Condo Association will once again establish a Holiday Fund for the building staff. Our staff help to make the Association a wonderful place to live and one of the best properties in the West Loop. We ask you to join us in making a contribution in appreciation of all of their hard work over the past year.

The Holiday Fund will be distributed to the Association's staff members as allocated by the Board of Directors. The Holiday Fund will also be used to provide gifts (on behalf of the Association) to the Lee’s at Adams Cleaners, and Association’s mail carrier. A breakdown of the gifts will be posted to the Association’s website (1000westadams.com) after all funds have been dispersed.

Please provide a comment with your contribution if you feel a staff member deserves special consideration in 2024. All feedback will be shared with the Board in determining the distribution of the holiday fund.

The standard recommendation from the Board for the size of contribution per unit is 25% of the monthly assessment for unit owners and 5% of one month's rent for tenants. This is only a guide and residents should make any contribution they feel is appropriate. All contributions are voluntary. Residents may also choose to give to the staff on an individual basis if preferred.

Please submit your contribution by Thursday, December 12. This will allow the Board sufficient time to distribute the gifts before the holidays. Late contributions are still welcome and will be distributed after the holidays.
