Shepherd Abel Searcy

The Searcy family welcomed Shepherd Abel into the world on April 6th. Shepherd was born with a heart defect called “coarctation of the aorta.” He will be having heart surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital on Monday April 11th to stretch and repair the thinning of the aortic arch in order for oxygen to pump correctly to the rest of his little body.
