Lift Every Voice

Rev. Angela Khabeb recently resigned from her position as Senior Associate Pastor at a church in South Minneapolis. Angela is left with no severance package, as she refused to sign a draconian Non-Disclosure Agreement.

In a letter to her former employer, Angela wrote, "I will not sign this severance agreement. You are trying to control my narrative…You are depending on my poverty; however, I will depend on God’s providence. I would rather resign with nothing secured than sacrifice my voice."

Let us be God's providence for Angela and her family as they recover from this traumatic experience.
