Shaw has seen a problem with rising crime and an increase in violent crime on our streets. One strategy to curb this will be installation of cameras at the main entrances and exits to the neighborhood.
The Shaw Security Initiative has formed to work with the community to raise funding and install cameras that will communicate directly with the St. Louis Real-Time Crime Center at the following corners:
Klemm St. and Shaw Blvd.
39th St. and Shaw Blvd.
Tower Grove Ave. and Magnolia Ave.
Grand Blvd. and Magnolia Ave.
We'll be working on getting this funding through the end of January. You may donate by using the button below, or contact Tim (through the contact link) to receive a tax receipt from Shaw Security Initiative (a tax receipt cannot be issued for donations made through GoFundMe).
