On 29th August, at our Tully’s Trek Event, I’m saying goodbye to my hair and turning it into something that actually matters!

This fundraiser is supporting Dreams2Live4, an incredible organisation that gives people living with cancer the chance to fulfil a dream during treatment- something to look forward to when things are really tough.

But this is also about something closer to home. Last year, we lost one of our Guiding sisters, Maddie Lawrence (Tully), to a rare melanoma. She was strong, adventurous, and deeply loved- and like so many, her journey showed just how limited support can be.

Alongside raising funds for Dreams2Live4, the amazing planning team decided we’d start something new in Guiding: A fund to help Guides and Leaders in vulnerable situations access Guiding- because everyone deserves the chance to belong, no matter what life throws at them.

I’ve set a goal of $2,500 help me smash it!
