Hi everyone,

On the 28th of February 2026, a group of Jack Lavelle’s mates will be shaving their heads in his memory. Jack heartbreakingly passed away on 28 February this year, and the boys wanted to come together and do something that truly reflects their love, loyalty and the impact Jack had on them all.

Their hair will grow back — but this act of mateship, standing side-by-side for their friend, will stay with them for life.

This fundraiser is being held in honour of Jack, with all funds being gifted directly to Jack’s family for them to use in whatever way they feel will best honour Jack’s life — whether that’s supporting a cause close to him, creating something meaningful in his name, helping others, or simply giving them space and strength as they continue through the unimaginable.
