In these unprecedented times the amount of support that homeless charities are receiving has dwindled due to less businesses being open to help them with food and clothing, less people being available to help “hands on” and a whole array of other knock on problems. So, it is in times like these that they need our help more than ever.

Considering this and to try and fill the void created by the cancelled ‘Feed Our Homeless’ fundraising events, we put our heads together and tried to come up with a plan to raise money for Tony and Natasha in @FOHomeless. Over the last year, students, staff and parents of the College have built a strong relationship with this charity.

We have decided to try a different fundraiser over the coming week. We are going to run a Shave, Dye or Wig Appeal. As the name suggests, if you were blessed with Samson like hair you might shave it, if you are follicly challenged you might don a wig for the day, and if that doesn’t whet your appetite to help those less fortunate than us, you might dye your hair.
