Between our last communication and now a lot has happened !!!
Recently.....
Shaun went into hospital Oncology Ward for pain management and debilitating left hand side .
He’s doing much better after a couple of good night sleeps and is hopefully home back in his own bed tomorrow.
We love you so much Shaun …. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
A year ago yesterday was when Shaun first got diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
What a year.
It’s been an emotional time, thank you all for your beautiful text messages, phone calls and love.
We truely cannot express our gratitude enough towards the people who have helped support us this past year and most of all our Shaun.
Since this recent post by my sister Michelle Birnie on Facebook things have accelerated with the decline of Shaun's health, he has lost the use of his left side, had to overcome debilitating pain and is confined to a wheelchair. Michelle has had to put her business on hold and is Shaun's full time carer.
We hoped in all our hearts that this decline would never come, however we are nearing the end from all prognosis with Shaun's journey.
Shaun's plea is to ask one last time for financial support for his family to ease their time once he is gone. This will allow his family time to come to terms with his absence. If you can help, please do .... and please send any love, stories, photos or prayers at this time to buoy this family on this most difficult journey ..... All my love Doris XXXXxxxxxx
