In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations to the Shaun Ellsworth Memorial Fund, created to honor Shaun's passion for lifelong learning and church mission service. All funds will be used for his sons' education and mission service.
Shaun Edward Ellsworth, 50, passed away at UCLA Medical Center, LA, on January 21, 2017. Shaun was born on April 13, 1966 in Upland, California to Kent Ellsworth and Diane Nottingham. Shaun was a Life Coach and small business marketer for over 20 years. He was an artist and entrepreneur with a joy for life despite his many years of illness. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served a mission in Sendai, Japan in 1985-1987.
Shaun was preceded in death by his father Kent Ellsworth and his sister, Molly Festa.
Shaun is survived by his wife Christina and sons Orson, Spencer, and Cooper; mother Diane (Neil) Nottingham; brothers Brent (Tina), Paul (Katy), Romney (Erin), and Roger (Lyndzee); sisters Emily (Larry) Harris and Penny (Bryan) Bihlmaier.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017, at the LDS church in Crestline, 294 Fernwood Drive, Crestline, CA at 11:00 AM (viewing at 9:30 AM).
