Join your Sharon Walk Neighbors in funding a new playground space for our littlest neighbors! Not only will this be a place for our community's families to gather and connect, but it will also appeal to potential buyers and make a statement to the surrounding community about Sharon Walk.
To make this happen, we need your financial support to contribute to this enhancement of our community. We are raising funds in an attempt to avoid using much, if any, of the HOA’s allocated miscellaneous funds. This is a request for you to be a part of bringing an updated and inviting space to our neighborhood’s young families.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 and have a new playset installed by the end of this summer!
Our vision is to remove the existing playset, level out the ground space, install a larger playset, and lay rubber mulch as ground cover for the enclosed play area. Below is the playset we hope to get if we are able to raise funds quickly and can acquire the playset before supplies run out. Because a lot of people are buying playsets these days, we have found that the playground market to be a bit unstable; what is available one day at one price, is either gone or the price has changed the next day. Therefore, your response to this fundraising request is critical in making this a success for Sharon Walk.

- Demo and disposal of existing playset: $0 - volunteer labor
- Leveling/Regrading grounds: $2,500
- New Playset Cost: $4,000-$6,000
- Installing new playset: $0 - volunteer labor
- Rubber Mulch: $1,400
