In just two years at The Royal Lyceum Theatre, we’ve transformed the space into a vibrant, multi-use cultural hub. From performances and conferences to art exhibitions, school productions, and community celebrations, the theatre has become a place where creativity thrives and people come together.

Now, we’re embarking on the next phase of our journey—and we need your help to make it happen.

To build on this momentum and further enrich what we offer our community, we’re planning a vital new stage of development. Our vision is to create a fully-equipped community kitchen and expanded hospitality facilities—spaces where people can gather, share food, exchange ideas, and feel a sense of belonging.

Alongside this, we’re carrying out essential roof repairs to ensure the safety, sustainability, and future of the building. This work is about more than just infrastructure—it’s about protecting a space that inspires, uplifts, and connects.

As part of our long-term regeneration project, we’re aiming to raise £60,000 through a combination of grants and community donations. Every single contribution brings us one step closer to transforming this vision into reality.
