Hi, my name is Amanda Eichstaedt and I am helping to raise funds to replace Shannan's car that was crushed by a seemingly healthy oak tree. Shannan is a single mom, and a beloved teacher at Miller Creek, and she needs transport to get around and to work. A giant oak fell on the vehicle and she needs new wheels. We are reaching out to get a leg up. The tree was so thirsty it sucked up a lot of the recent rainfall and after 100 years it fell, crushing Shannan's car. It was a great tree, but things have been tough for trees.
