Shane needs your help and support during this most difficult time. Shane has two young boys, 3 years and 6 months, who he has not been able to see for over 2 months. Shane’s partner stole his children a couple of months ago, which resulted in a legal battle in the family court system. Legal battles, as we all know, are very costly.

Shane is in need of his village to assist him in affording to continue fighting for custody of his children. As many might know personally, family court is not dad-friendly. Shane has always had an active role with his children, and this is a crushing situation. Shane was threatened that she would bury him in legal fees and wanted him to surrender all decisions and rights to his children. He refused. We are asking for monetary support for Shane to be able to continue fighting for his children.

This is honestly beyond just Shane; family court in our country needs to change. We find fathers are discriminated against so often that it is honestly a travesty.
