Shane's Cycle For Suicide

Hi Guys,

So in a few weeks time I’ll be cycling from Mizen Head to Malin Head to raise money for Pieta House.  Considering my own family have been directly affected by suicide, it's very humbling and exciting to get the opportunity to give back to such a great cause. If mental health issues/suicide has affected either you or your loved ones  - you'll know of the deep scars that can be left in the wake of a person's prolonged mental turmoil or in tragic cases, a passing. With that in mind, I've decided to do this cycle for anyone who has been directly or indirectly impacted by bereavement due to suicide. It hits each individual in a way relative to themselves and even I myself have been at those depths, having had these thoughts.

That's why it's such a privilege to be able to give back to an organisation like Pieta House that helped me and others when we were at our lowest .
