Fundraising for SADS UK in Memory of Rachael Kiely-Cohen

Dear family and friends,

My name is Shane Kiely, and I am raising funds for SADS UK (Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome) in memory of my beloved cousin, Rachael Kiely-Cohen . As many of you know, Rachael tragically passed away due to SADS, a condition that claims the lives of young, otherwise healthy individuals without warning.

To honour Rachael’s memory and support this important cause, we are hosting a charity football match at canvey football stadium on Monday, 5th May. The event will not only bring together family, friends, and the community but also raise vital funds for SADS UK, an organisation dedicated to providing information, research, and support for those affected by this devastating condition.

We would be incredibly grateful for any donations, no matter how big or small, as every contribution will make a meaningful difference. The funds raised will go directly to SADS UK to help them continue their crucial work in preventing sudden arrhythmic deaths and supporting families who are affected.
