On March 20th, his family of 6 must leave this home.

They need $10000 for back rent, moving truck, gas shifting costs, storage, and labor. This has been an ongoing struggle for some time, and was made more difficult during the last couple of years.

The landlord increased the rent to nearly $4000 and he has tried to make that work. But in November Shaar had emergency surgery and this meant time off work. The landlord refused a request for a payment plan last month to give time to catch up on rent. Instead, he issued us a 60-day eviction notice.
