Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate those who have donated and/or shared my story.

I still have a long way to go to get my ex back in court but with the funds I’ve collected, I can start the ball rolling to finish the division of marital assets (namely the 401k that she’s been dragging her feet over completing). The big one will be the enforcement of the visitation schedule (that she refuses to comply with or even get involved with encouraging the kids to spend time with me).

Hi! I’m Rob and I need help.

I went through a nasty divorce about a year and a half ago and since that time, it is my belief that my ex has been manipulating my kids.

It started with them reading prepared statements (that their mother has already admitted she helped them write) saying they needed a break from staying with me (that “break” is going on 3 years now). I was able to see them one day a week after that and it was only for about 2 hours. At this point, I have not seen either of my kids in almost a year. The visitation orders are not being followed and I need help to get it corrected. I lost a lot of money during my divorce (a large amount of it was my inheritance from my father’s passing) and she got the vehicle I paid cash for in the divorce so I have car payments again as well as my usual bills plus medical expenses (I’m a diabetic with a heart condition) making it challenging to put money aside to save for this.

I miss my kids and am trying to get them back and anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

Update 8/1/25:

I sent my ex a text asking why the kids aren’t responding to me. She wrote back saying “I don’t get involved in their relationships, including with you”. This violates the visitation agreement where it says each parent should encourage the kids to spend time with the other parent.
